On Android devices, WhatsApp introduced a function that allows users to create profile photos using artificial intelligence (AI). Users of iOS can now finally access this feature.
Interface Difference Between Android and iOS
WhatsApp iOS users can only enjoy this feature in beta, unlike Android users who can currently enjoy it, according to the WABetaInfo report. Despite having nearly identical functions and methods of operation, the feature’s positioning varies slightly.
On iOS, the function is made to decrease down, while on Android, users will notice an option in the form of sideways. In a group or private chat room, WhatsApp also calls its Create AI Image tool second from the bottom.
How It Works
Meta AI is connected with this feature. Users will be prompted to give their consent before using Meta AI for the first time. The AI model will then display an image creation page to users.
Any prompt can be entered by users. The more timely information you supply, the better the image creation will turn out. Upon entering the query, the user will be presented with a number of intriguing image choices.
Refining the Image
The user has the option to hit the create button on the far right if the final image does not suit their preferences. Meta AI will present an additional image choice later. Choose one of the photos if you’ve located the correct one.
Then click the checkbox in the bottom right corner. The Meta AI logo will appear in the lower right corner of every image produced with the Create AI Image feature.
