AI-SaaS Company Frontnow Secures €3.8 Million In Seed Investment

The software startup Frontnow, based in Berlin, has raised €3.8 million in its extended Seed fundraising round. Frontnow creates AI solutions for online shops.

Founded in 2020, Frontnow offers enterprise customers hyper-personalized, on-demand, and scalable B2B SaaS solutions to interact with their target consumers.

Enabled by generative AI to ensure long-term competitiveness and improve communication, the Frontnow Advisor virtual shopping assistant facilitates optimal customer advice through personalized recommendations, relevant information, and engaging interaction through simple plug-and-play integration into online stores.

All of the more than 40 algorithms that the Advisor employs—including multiple Large Language Models—were trained on confidential company data.

With just one click, Frontnow Enhance, the company’s second solution, adds contextual meaning to product descriptions in online retailers by enhancing and cleaning product data.

Peak is leading the investment, with PROfounders Capital and Identity Ventures joining.

The money will be utilized to advance technological development and broaden the company’s clientele of business customers.

Johan van Mil, co-founder and managing partner at Peak, continues, “With their scalable AI solutions, Frontnow provides the most advanced solution for retailers to maximise long-term revenue, increase their gross margins, and stay ahead.”

“Frontnow is an excellent example of how diverse teams contribute significantly to innovation and the success of business models. As an investor, we look forward to helping Frontnow to unlock the potential for long-term growth and competitiveness in this fast-paced market,” comments Til Klein, Founding Partner of Identity Ventures.
