Mel Maryns is a 17 years old singer/ songwriter/ producer/ pianist from Cork, Ireland. Since a very young age, she has been singing (earlier for her parents but now doing for her YouTube Videos).

Her dad used to play the guitar, and therefore music has always been her part of life since early childhood.

A Journey Started Early

She has sung with her father and has always conceived the notion of pursuing singing as her career. Singing has always made her feel tremendous, which is why she chose this to be her destiny.

She started writing her own original songs compositions while still learning how to play the piano herself and watching videos.

Her Career Leap

In 2018, she decided to take a giant career leap and started busking on Saint Patrick’s Street, Cork and Grafton Street, Dublin. It was then she realized that singing is her way to career and passion accomplishment.

Her Latest Achievements

She has recently released her three singles, “Someone to hold”, “Burning flames”, “Get away” on Spotify and other music platforms.

As it is said, a promising talent usually gets recognized, she’s getting many views on her songs – not from the ordinary genre of pop music that are ruling the charts. Backing herself up on piano showcases her versatility.

Mel, is inspired by artists like Guns and Roses, Skid Row, Evanescence, Bon Jovi. Quite passionate about promoting her music and inspiring people with fine tunes, she works hard each day to create a niche for herself.

She has always believed in the principle of ‘practice makes perfect’ and has participated in singing competitions, which has eventually opened new doors to her career and experience.
