Metale Protocol Completes Total $4 Million Seed Funding Round

According to official sources, Web3 content distribution platform Metale Protocol recently announced the completion of a $2 million seed round extension, bringing its total seed funding to $4 million. The investment, finalized in the first quarter of this year, was led by Aipollo Capital, Waterdrip Capital, and Ultiverse DAO, with participation from several seasoned entrepreneurs.

Metale Protocol is building a decentralized content distribution platform. It aims to utilize blockchain to establish decentralized content storage and copyrights protocols, and to build an decentralized application ecosystem on this network. The platform will provide decentralized services for content industries, including paid playback, crowdfunding governance, traffic acquisition, data analysis, and AI creation tools, as well as customized smart contracts for individual content. This initiative aims to liberate content creators from the constraints of centralized distribution platforms, including content censorship and high fees, empowering them with full autonomy and maximizing their interests. Recently, Metale Protocol’s DAU has reached 80,000, with registered users exceeding 500,000. It’s worth noting that Metale Protocol’s incubated Dapp Read2N completed a $2 million seed round funding in March last year.
