Orlando Bloom helps Katy Perry fix her dress at the Power of Women event

Orlando Bloom has fiancée Katy Perry’s back. In a real sense.

While on stage at Variety’s Power of Women on stage, Perry required some assistance undoing the corset of her perfect Schiaparelli gown – and mentioned her future hubby’s help.

“Orlando, can you undo my corset?” the singer, 36, asked in a video captured by someone in the crowd.

Perry then, at that point, disclosed to the audience that her dress was “a little tight” and that she proved unable “sing” until it was loosened.

Bloom, 44, didn’t waste any time, promptly bouncing up in front of an audience to help his woman.

“Pull it all the way down, I have a girdle in here,” Perry told Bloom, as the crowd watched on and cheered. “All the way down. OK, now I can breathe.”

Bloom obliged, kissing Perry on the shoulder prior to making his escape back to his seat.

Shortly after the event wrapped in Beverly Hills on Friday, Bloom took to Instagram to gush over Perry, who was respected for empowering children in underserved communities through her Firework Foundation.

“I’m so proud of you and your huge heart that champions everyone around you,” Bloom captioned a photo of his bride-to-be on the red carpet. “@fireworkfoundation is the essence of your beautiful and childlike spirit ❤️”

The couple have been engaged since February 2019 and share one child together, daughter Daisy Dove, 1. Bloom is additionally father to 10-year-old son Flynn with his ex-wife, Miranda Kerr.
