Roozbeh ‘Bruce’ Aghaie Pour and his brother Siavash Aghaiepour run one of the biggest and most estabalisbed talent and production agencies in Europe since the 90’s and have worked with some of the most popular DJs and hip hop artists in the world.

As head of management and production at HR Booking, Bruce has overviewed and produced international shows and tours for mainstream talents such as Rick Ross, Future, French Montana, 50 Cent, Tyga, Jason Derulo and many more.

High profile festivals such as the Frauenfeld Festival in Switzerland and Abu Dhabi’s Formular One along with some of the most recognized international film festivals and high end night clubs such as the famous Gotha Club in Cannes are just a few of the clients who book their talent with the famous agency and rely on Roozbeh’s knowledge and expertise.

Having worked with talents like Snoop Dogg, Pitbull, Wu-Tang Clan, Fat Joe and others, Roozbeh Aghaie Pour and his brother are forever evolving their ways of working and expanding. Talking about the same, he shares, “We are constantly growing and expanding. In 2019 we established close ties with agencies in the film and television industry which gives our clients the opportunity to work with new talent.”

He continues, “Aside from the bookings, we are planning a new global concert agency to produce shows for our talents. Furthermore we are also helping our clients with the global distribution of their franchises and brands, such as 50 Cent‘s Cognac brand “Branson”. Plus a few other projects which i can‘t talk about yet.”

Today Bruce is the managing partner of the company alongside his brother Sia. Together, they operate the global business and continue to manage and help grow the careers of mainstream artists, DJs, celebrities and athletes.
