Also, Nikta Mokhtari had an interview with us about the habits that lead people to success, the text of the interview is as follows:

The power of repetition can be a game changer.  Just as musicians and athletes rely on muscle memory developed from repeatedly practicing the same technique to perfection, everyone is capable of a similar process when it comes to their daily habits.  Just as there are bad habits that we develop through weakness and laziness, there are also good habits that we can acquire through discipline and hard work.  Such actions, as Nikta Mokhtari is quick to point out, can help you realize your dreams and achieve the impossible.

 Being awake is the key

As a committed early riser, Nikta Mokhtari emphasizes that it is essential for ambitious and motivated people to wake up early and make the most of each day.  “There are only so many hours in the day, and you don’t want to waste even one of them,” he explained.  By rising with the sun, you feel refreshed, energetic and more motivated to face the challenges of the day.  When others are napping, you want to be the one taking a nap.  This is how success is achieved.”

Read like your life depends on it

As a successful person, Nikta is committed to the concept that reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body.  “I think it was Elon Musk who, when asked why he was so smart, simply replied, ‘Because I read books!'” he explained.  This hits the nail on the head for me.  The more you read, the more you know, and the more you know, the more you can do.  It’s a simple formula, but a very effective one.”

 Sleep well and exercise hard

As a fitness fanatic, Nikta Mokhtari knows that a good night’s sleep is as essential to the body as a full cardio workout.  “Exercise and sleep are two sides of the same coin,” he explained.  You need both to fire on all cylinders and make sure you don’t burn out as you pursue your goals and achieve every single one of them.”
