You can Do this Sport Until you Die

Wisdom is having the quality of Good judgment, experience, knowledge but also foresight.

Would you agree? Don’t we all want to be wise and make wise decisions?

When picking an activity or sport to be more specific wouldn’t you want to make a wise decision as well?

The question is obsolete, of course, you would be like any other human you would want it all -it should be a sport that gives you strength, endurance, power, explosiveness, agility, sense of balance and flexibility. But as said we are humans and we want it all, so please give me something that challenges my brain, forces me to coordinate at a higher level, develop my overall sense of where my body is in space.

It should require memorization as well after all I want to practice my mind as well, right? Talking about the mind, how about something that can make me more focused, more committed, more determined?

While we are at it let’s get rid of fear, anxiety, depression, nervousness, and my annoying fidgeting as well. I am actually now just starting to daydream because I want to fix anything else that is wrong with society so what about creating a world of inner harmony and peace and stop the violence. Some people are so stubborn and difficult to work with they should learn how it is to be mentored so they too eventually can be mentors and improve their leadership skills.

…the world needs more empathy.

STOP

I don’t even know anymore what I am talking about.

Such an activity would need centuries to develop and to be fine-tuned.

It would require the practitioner to be guided and mentored, and it would require intense practice and training. It would have to tear down the practitioners’ ego and self-image just to build it up again. It would have to make the practitioner get in touch with their own negative feelings and thoughts just to gain an understanding of the cause of violence. Because violence and wars can never be stopped if not fully understood and how the human ego gets into the way of peace. The activity would have to proof itself and stand the test of time, and it would have to show that it is scalable all the way up to a whole society.

Now let me go back to the beginning of this article

if you want to be wise, would you not pick an activity that offers you not only as many physical benefits as possible but also as many mental and spiritual benefits? Would you not just choose an activity that has it all and transforms you physically as well as mentally, an activity that you can do even into old age and still improve?

Well, I am here to tell you that all you need to do is look for a traditional (Japanese) martial arts school. If by any chance you live in California in Sacramento, then you are lucky, very lucky because that is where I am at. My name is Sensei Marcus Hinschberger and my wife Christina, and I are the owners of Tokon Martial Arts. Traditional martial arts route their training in self-development, and some consider us as an authority when it comes to self-development and self-cultivation.

Shocking Truth about Full Body Workouts

“He who gains a victory over other men is strong, but he who gains a victory over himself is powerful.” – Lao Tse

It took me almost 30 years to truly understand what it means to train your Body, Mind & Soul. Oops, did I get this correct? Isn’t it Mind, Body & Soul?

In the Western World, it is, however in the Asian world it is Body, Mind & Soul.

All three parts are vital elements of your human form. A lack of coordination between them will lead to negative outcomes. Little wonder, the first astronauts who went to the moon were subjected to numerous psychological tests to prove that they were mentally strong enough to withstand the rigors of space, because NASA came to understand that the brainpower is not enough, mental conditioning is also essential, and that is why this is a part of their selection process for astronauts till date.

My name is Sensei Marcus Hinschberger, and I am the owner of Tokon Martial Arts. Some consider me as an authority when it comes to self-development for children and adults alike. I teach the traditional Japanese Martial Art called Shotokan Karate, and I have been a practitioner for over 30 years.

I teach my class 6 times a week, and it amuses me that most parents sit on the sideline criticizing their child for lack of coordination. They yell (not that I let them, but sometimes they do) from the sideline that it is the right (or left) arm or leg they are supposed to move and wonder why they can’t get it.

This all stops IMMEDIATELY if I ask the parent to step onto the mat and try it themselves. They either get silent because they lack the confidence to actually get on the mat – where is all their zest now? Or they confidently give it a try, which is something I ALWAYS welcome and encourage.

I explain to them the very same move that they have observed from the sideline many times, and they eagerly acknowledge, ready to show off the skill they imagine they have mastered in their mind. At my count, they move swiftly and some even with great power not realizing that with their first or second move, they already have the wrong arm or leg in front.

Because I am very encouraging, I give them a second chance and even a third and fourth chance, and suddenly their critique goes silent.

I tell them that even though intellectually (i.e., in the mind) they understand the requirement to move the left foot, or whatever limb needs to be moved, their body does not follow their mental instructions.

And then I smile and let them know that their Mind and Body are NOT in sync and as such they have no Mind-Body connection.

Those who lack confidence go back to sit. The wise ones ask for a uniform and decide to become students.

Now, a long hard path of endless repetitions, sweat and tears begin. Within 5 years, they will learn to make their body follow the orders given by the mind and how to coordinate their movements at will.

Once the first milestone has been accomplished, the individual is awarded the first-degree black belt.

But hold on, there are 9 more black belts (let’s not consider the 10th because that one usually gets awarded to you when you are dead so let’s not go there).

You may wonder, what more could possibly be learned after the first black belt. Well, you can get stronger, faster, more accurate and that is usually awarded the ranks of Nidan (2nd black belt) and Sandan (3rd black belt), but these are pure physical aspects and many times are determined through the gift of nature.

Your speed, power and maybe even grace might just be gifted to you naturally, and not necessarily by your own personal accomplishment. Those gifts are also only secondary. They might be important when it comes to self-defense, but for self-development, they sure are secondary.

In the midranges of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-degree black belt, you should come under the correct guidance of a true master and work intensively on controlling your mind. Learning to control fear, anger, anxiety, self-doubts, and other such thoughts.

Let me be clear, this is trained and practiced from day one as a white belt, but as with so many things in life, there are layers. I am talking about getting your mind and body so connected that you slowly start to learn how to control those emotions within your body.

Let me give you a little example: Imagine you being back at school, taking your most feared examination. Math? English? Literature? Whatever it might be. Anyway, you get the exam paper, and there are only 3 questions on it, and you have no answer for any of those 3 questions. In fact, it is so bad that you don’t even have a clue what the question is all about.

Tell me, how will your body react now? Will your hands start to sweat, for sure, they were sweaty already. Will your heart begin to race? Will your stomach begin to cramp up? Will you feel like you need to puke?

Whatever physical reaction your body will show – it will shake you at best, and at worst it will paralyze you or even make you do things you usually would NEVER do.

We all know this feeling. The one above is an example filled with anxiety, fear, and panic but there are positive examples as well. The butterfly feeling you get when you see for the first time “the love of your life.”

What if I tell you that high ranking black belts train to reduce those negative reaction in their body while improving and increasing the positive body reactions.

It is interesting that if you train this for long enough, you can get to a stage where nothing can shake you anymore but everything can excite you, and you see, feel, smell, touch and hear only the good, the positive, the beautiful.

You find absolute inner peace and happiness. This is the ultimate goal of the higher black belt ranks.

Now you probably can understand why I believe that there are NO better activities than traditional martial arts where you train your full body indeed: Body, Mind, and Soul – no gym exercise can compete with that.

If you want to reduce your workout to just ligaments, cardiovascular endurance, and muscle fitness, then join a gym.

For everyone else, who wants to learn how to master their body and mind and build inner confidence, Tokon Martial Arts in Sacramento, CA is the place you want to go to. Enroll yourself and your family today and begin to tackle the challenge that is before you.

What are you waiting for?  The best time to grow is NOW.

Make 90% of your problems disappear

It has been scientifically proven that 90% of thoughts that occupy most minds are those that do not necessarily matter.

These thoughts include things that do not matter in the long run and are often filled with emotions that do not particularly deserve attention.

These thoughts strangle every ounce of positive energy that our mind has to offer. Thus, undermining the potential for success. There are very few people in the world that are able to fend off these thoughts and focus on achieving their goals. In most cases, these “few” are part of the 10% of the world population who are the most successful people on the planet.

Do not get me wrong, accomplished people all over the world have also had to fight the plaguing forces of fear, guilt, worry, self-pity, and negativity before they can create their beautiful masterpiece. But getting over this negativity is a huge driver behind their success.

If you want to perform at a higher level, there are three things that you have to do. First, you need to raise your level of awareness. Know what your goals are and what you want to do. Secondly, do not hesitate to challenge yourself. Set goals that are bigger than you and what you can accomplish. Thirdly, you must train your mind to be able to focus on one goal, amidst the clutter of thoughts that might run through your head.

It is quite unfortunate that these things are not taught in the classrooms of our schools today. That is why most people are not equipped with the supplementary skills to be able to tackle these issues.

However, there is a place outside the conventional learning environment where these skills are being thought. Unknown to most, these things had been figured out already centuries ago. They have been proven to be super successful and unquestionable in their effectiveness. The answer is simple: Traditional Martial Arts.

Traditional Martial Arts equip learners with the skills that they can use tackle the problem of concentration and so many other related problems.

My name is Sensei Marcus Hinschberger. I own Tokon Martial Arts with my wife, Sensei Christina. Over the past years, we have amassed enough experience that makes us authorities in the business of self-development for children and adults.

We have taught literally thousands of students, around the world, how to set goals and accomplish them. We also help our students increase their level of confidence and build their self-esteem. By assisting students in learning how to improve their focus, we help them learn how to persevere and have more grit.

At Tokon Martial Arts, an inspiring and “high-achiever” atmosphere that would keep your children on track is assured.

If you reach black belt level at Tokon Martial Arts, you will have done what most others will never do or accomplish.

You will have not only a different outlook on life but a strong sense of willpower that will be your most valuable tool for your life and career. Concentration and relaxation are ways through which we can fight these plaguing thoughts that undermine success. Incidentally, martial arts help boost this skillset.

Enroll yourself and your family today and begin to tackle the challenge that is before you.

What are you waiting for?  The best time to grow is NOW.

Why Don’t you Possess this #q overlooked life skill

You are probably wondering the rationale behind this question, after all, we no longer live in the Wild West.

Well, you better look at the FBI statistics that are out there to learn that almost every 90 seconds there is a violent crime happening in the USA.

So, I guess we still do live in the Wild West.

In June 2018, Jane Gabrielle, a 23-year-old college student was violently murdered in an alleyway in a mugging gone wrong in the inner-city streets of Chicago. She was walking home with her friends after a night out at the movies when their group of 3 was accosted by some thugs. One of the girls was a college track athlete and was able to highlight her way out of danger, the other was able to fend off her attackers by sheer willpower and some pepper spray. Jane, however, was very unlucky. Defenseless and separated from her friends, her attackers took out their anger on her and violently beat her to death.

The first words emergency responders on the scene said were, “if only she could have defended herself.”

Let me be brutally honest, self-defense is a life skill, and you owe it to yourself and your loved ones to learn some of it, even if it’s the basics at the very least.

One thing that you hear victims say over and over again, all over the world is, “I never thought it could happen to me.” Just last week, a Police helicopter was circling in the sky around my neighborhood.

An 11-year-old boy didn’t return from taking the trash out. Abducted right here in my very own neighborhood in Natomas, Sacramento! What really shook me was the image of his mom driving down the street in her red truck, stopping at my house just as I was putting my two boys into the car. She was devastated and in tears, asking me if I had seen her son, wearing a black hoody.

I could only stand there helplessly and tell her “no.” To be honest, I wanted to cry too as I turned to my 4 and 7-year-old boys and hugged them.

I wish the very same mom had approached me one year earlier, one month earlier, dang it may be even just one week earlier. I could have been able to help her.

How?  Because I am a Karate instructor. My name is Sensei Marcus Hinschberger and my wife, Sensei Christina and I are the owners of Tokon Martial Arts.

For over 30 years we have taught literally thousands of students traditional Japanese Shotokan Karate and self-defense. We teach awareness and how to avoid dangerous situations.

If you reach black belt level at Tokon Martial Arts, you will have done what many others will never do. You will not only be able to defend yourself, but you will have an extremely high level of situational awareness at all times.

You will have learned to get out of the role of being a victim and stand up and defend yourself.

If you are interested in self-defense, and you want to learn how to protect yourself and your loved ones from the rampaging crime in your city, come visit us at Tokon Martial Arts Sacramento CA.

Nobody plans to get into danger, but it is wisdom to be prepared for it.

Enroll yourself and your family today and begin to tackle the challenge that is before you.

What are you waiting for?  The best time to grow is NOW.

The Wrong Mindset will be your Obstacle to Success

When we were toddlers, we learned the basic skills for toggling through life through constant incidental practice. We didn’t learn how to walk in a classroom. We just kept falling on our butts and getting up.

It is also the same way nobody taught us how to grab stuff with our tiny little hands. Instead, we played clumsily with our chubby little fingers till we got the hang of it.

There was no way we could be scared of the most difficult of tasks because in our subconscious we knew that everything just needed practice.

I don’t know if nature plays a trick on us and leaves us hanging once we learn the “basics” or if it is society and life that gets to us. Somehow, as we get older, after we learn the ‘basics of living life,’ somewhere between the ages of 5 and 7, we lose that ‘unstoppable mindset” and that vast tapestry of confidence that made us believe that we could accomplish anything by just practicing. NOTHING was complicated, we just knew we needed practice.

Let’s switch scenario for a second. Imagine a figure skater performing his or her routine effortlessly. So graceful, so relaxed without even breaking a sweat, gliding on the ice, flying through the air…

“Effortless” does not exist.

Effortless is the result of endless hours of practice – the science of human research mentions a number between 8,000 to 10,000 hours to get to expert status – or what we can call effortless.

One of the greatest soccer players of all time, Lionel Messi said this:
“It took 17 years, 3 months and 22 days for me to become an overnight success.”

He was implying that it took him 17 years of constant, repetitive and oftentimes, monotonous training to become the world-famous star that he is now.

Now let me ask you this if somebody has to train that many hours, do you really think it was effortless for 10,000 hours? Do you really think you can train for 10,000 hours and never fall on your butt, be knocked down, have setbacks, doubts, injuries, tears, blood, and sweat???

Of course not.

Regardless, we still do not accept the fact that nothing comes easy at the first try. It is this exact mindset that will prevent us from accomplishing great things.

It is a painful realization eh? Yes, I know. But now, you are fine because you are not like most people. You do not accept defeat. You want to be successful and accomplish great things. In fact, you want to take action because NOBODY can tell you that you can’t or won’t do it.

That’s great!

If you want the tools needed to accomplish great things, you need to put yourself into an environment that would challenge you and raise your level of awareness and consciousness. Thus, demanding nothing but your best.

Where is this environment? You might think it’s your science club, but it isn’t. Yes, joining a science club will challenge you intellectually but what about the rest that is needed to make you successful and inspire you to do great things?

Where do you learn grit, perseverance, focus, empathy, leadership and how to overcome hesitations or worse fear? Sorry to break it to you, but your science club might only be one piece of the puzzle, and I am afraid it might be the smaller piece.

I am Sensei Marcus Hinschberger, and I own Tokon Martial Arts with my wife, Sensei Christina. We have been in the business of empowering the mindset of people of all age from all over the world, helping them reach their full potential through martial arts.

By helping students to increase their focus, build more grit and learn how to persevere, we have helped them understand that nothing is too difficult to accomplish. Best of all in our Karate school, we create a high achiever environment that will inspire the student not only to stay on track but to keep improving.

If you reach black belt level at Tokon Martial Arts, you will have achieved what most people will never achieve in their lives. Not only will you have not a different outlook on life but gain a ‘high achiever attitude’ that will be your most valuable tool for your life and career.

If you want a “nothing is too difficult” attitude, come and visit us at Tokon Martial Arts Sacramento CA.

Enroll yourself and your family today and begin to tackle the challenge that is before you.

What are you waiting for?  The best time to grow is NOW.

The Truth about Accomplishments and Confidence

If you’re like most people, then you’re of the opinion that some people are ‘born’ with confidence. I don’t think that’s true. People with ‘natural’ confidence are those that never lost the unlimited confidence we are born with, or disciplined their minds to regain it.

You may not believe it right now, but you were born with abundant confidence. This confidence I’m talking of is the inner assurance a person gets that they can conquer any task in front of them. This feeling was with everyone as a baby; a lot of people lost it while others nurtured in. If you’re still in doubt of this, allow me to dive in further.

Like everyone else, you had no innate skill when you were born as a baby. You couldn’t even perform the fundamental task of walking. However, this did not stop your dedication to learning the craft –walking. You spent all day learning it and nothing else. Your brain was working the hardest it ever had, your mind was pushing you to new lengths, and you didn’t even know this.

Most importantly, you just had the absolute confidence to keep trying, no matter how many times you didn’t succeed.

You began to achieve this in stages. It started with you turning on your belly and practicing raising up your head. Once you achieved this small milestone, you move up to the next task of building strength in your arms and legs.

At this early stage in your life, quitting was never an option. Your brain absolutely convinced you that the task was achievable and you acted accordingly. You had ALL the confidence you needed to go out and conquer the world. Your mind already understood that all it took was a step at a time, and you could achieve whatever seemed impossible. You probably fell over a thousand times and didn’t stop practicing.

If not giving up after falling thousands of times it not the “ULTIMATE confidence”, then I don’t know what is.

It’s sad that after this stage in our lives, most of us lost this confidence. We probably lost it because of society telling us that failure is a bad thing and should be avoided at every cost.

Kids mostly lose their natural confidence within the ages of 5 and 7 and begin to second-doubt their abilities to achieve the tasks that nature throws at them. Those you refer to as ‘people born with confidence’ are those that never lost it at this crucial point in their growth.

You’ve lost your natural fearlessness, and now you want to regain it, what steps are you to follow? How long is it going to take? You have nothing to worry about. Just like when you were a baby, all it takes is one step at a time.

What you need to remember at all times is that all accomplishments are foundations for the next one. Past achievements serve as a source of inspiration to achieve new tasks.

With the confidence you get from accomplishing a task in front of you, you can ease into the next one knowing that you’re well-equipped to conquer anything you put your mind to.

So how do you go about your quest to regain this confidence? Simple hard work and sweat, maybe even tears. However, you need to keep reminding yourself that it’s all going to be worth it in the end.

My name is Sensei Marcus Hinschberger, and together with my wife Sensei Christina Hinschberger, I own Tokon Martial Arts. We’re trusted by our thousands of students from all over the world to impart self-development in children and adults alike. We help students regain lost confidence and train them in the building of their self-esteem as well as awareness.

Students that get to the black belt level has accomplished what a lot of people only dream of, their entire lives. We teach students to deepen their focus and learn to persevere even in extreme situations.

Enroll yourself and your family now and begin to achieve a higher altitude for your life and career.

What are you waiting for?  The best time to grow is NOW.

Tokon Martial Arts Teach never to give up

“A black belt is a white belt who never gave up” – This quote is framed and strategically positioned at our school for traditional Karate.

I’m sure you’re thinking, what does it even mean? If you’re like most people, you won’t see how inspiring this simple sentence is, and that’s okay.

What if I told you that this sentence is the ultimate key to unlocking your full potential for success?

Before we continue, let me tell you something you’ve probably never heard in your life – You are a genius. It’s not a joke or something to make you feel good about yourself, it’s the truth.

You may not see yourself as one right now, and that’s fine. Maybe at a time when you were younger, someone told you were a genius, and you didn’t believe them. After all, you may not be able to draw anything but a stick figure, and you probably can’t multiply 1234 x 34857 in your head within 5 minutes. Anyway, that’s not what it means to be a genius.

A great deal of research has shown that it takes about 8,000 to 10,000 hours of mastering a task for any random person to become a genius at that task.

So, let’s do some math -a day has 24 hours and a year has 365 days. That means there are 8760 hours in a year.
Let’s dive further into the mystery of the statement “you’re a genius, no matter who you are.”

I want you to think back to when you were a kid, now back further to when you’re a baby. I know you don’t remember anything about that, it’s fine.

As a baby, (maybe cute, maybe not) you just lay there, entirely depending on somebody else to take care of you. As you’ve guessed -far from Genius.

Now think forward to your first birthday (8760 hours of existence), you’ve mastered the act of walking. You’ve developed in that one year enough muscle strength, brainpower, and neuromuscular control to move around without depending on someone or something. You made this happen by focusing all your energy, time, focus and perseverance into this one task you had to learn.

If you’re like most people, that level of Genius was maintained most likely until you were somewhere between 5-7 years old. Now, your coordination improved exponentially, and you learned new vocabularies other than da-da and ma-ma. You begin to understand directions, colors, maybe even a second language (if you hail from a dual language household like my son). On this level, you’ve maintained your naturally-given Genius attitude; that you can and want to learn EVERYTHING!!! At your early stages of life, giving up was NEVER something you understood

Unfortunately, at the age of around 6 or 7, life gradually begins to drop its ‘big lessons’ on you. All of a sudden, there’s a system to follow to ‘succeed in life.’ Parents, school and other influences begin to teach you that failure is a bad thing. Now, you stop trying and learning things that require quality time and don’t show immediate results or pay off right away. Most people gradually lose their genius mindset at this point. It gets to everybody, so it’s not an unfathomable problem.

However, what’s important is that you know you’ve once been a genius, and will always be one. Just because you lost it doesn’t mean you can’t get it back.

Simple, in the very same way you became it. A black belt (10,000-hour genius) is a white belt who never gave up.

My name is Sensei Marcus Hinschberger and I co-own Tokon Martial Arts with my wife, Sensei Christina Hinschberger. Together, we teach students (adults & children) how to get their Genius status back.

A lot of people perceive us to be an authority on the subject of self-development for children and adults alike. We have helped literally thousands of students to master the concept of setting goals and accomplishing them.

Our students come from all over the world, and we teach them how to become more confident and gain higher self-esteem. We get students to deepen their focus, have more grit and learn to persevere.

Best of all in our Karate school, we create a highly motivating atmosphere that will inspire you and members of your family to not only to stay on track but to keep improving.

If you reach black belt level at Tokon Martial Arts, you will have done what most people will never attain and you will have not only a different outlook on life but a high achiever attitude that will be your most valuable tool for your life and career.

So, if you’re serious about being a genius again, then visit us at Tokon Martial Arts Sacramento CA.

Enroll yourself and your whole family TODAY, and watch you and your kids go on to outshine your peers wherever you are.

The right time to grow yourself is always NOW!

Procrastination is a loser’s game!

Taitoku Training helps You know what You can Achieve

Let me ask you a spiritual question: Do you believe that you are put on earth for a specific purpose? If so wouldn’t it be your duty to find this purpose? I am sure that your answer will be absolutely yes. But how come so many people are struggling with finding their true purpose?

I believe there can be only two reasons. One, the person has never been inspired to go out and look and therefore not found his or her purpose yet or second, the person has found it but is lacking the faith, confidence, and commitment to go 100% after it.

Wow, there are only two factors that are holding us back to find our life’s purpose? ONLY TWO factors and still yet millions of people go to work every day bored, tired and maybe even depressed of what they do “as their life’s purpose.”

So why is this a spiritual question? Because it boils down to faith. If you have faith, then you MUST believe. If you believe in god, then you believe that God will bring to you what you deserve. If you believe in yourself, then you must believe that you can find what you deserve. In both cases, it boils down to faith. So you either don’t believe in God or if you don’t and you believe in yourself then guess what, you don’t really believe in yourself either.

It comes down to faith, and if you don’t have faith, you will lack the confidence and the commitment needed.

I am sorry, but you are having a spiritual crisis. If you are an atheist, then you have a self-crisis, and if you are religious, then you are having a religious crisis.

No matter what the fact is, you are having a crisis.

Maybe, just maybe this is the inspiration you needed to go out and start looking for your life’s purpose having faith you will find it. In case it isn’t, let me see if I can introduce to you another fact.

The second fact is that successful people ALWAYS (seriously always) surround themselves with other successful people. They surround themselves with high achievers so they can achieve what they want to achieve.

We all want guidance, mentorship, and inspiration to accomplish higher things to come.

If you agree to what I have written so far, then it sounds like you need to look for a place that is inspiring, teaches you commitment, confidence and surrounds you with high achievers. A place that teaches you not only to overcome fear, doubts, and limitations but also the bodily reactions you get from such feelings such as stomach cramps, sweaty hands and so on.

You need to find a place where you can practice not to give up and how to stand up when you are knocked down, and you need to do this where other people go through the very same process, so you stay inspired, and you are surrounded by others that want to achieve more as well.

Even though it might sound difficult to find such a place believe me it isn’t. What you need to look for is a traditional (Japanese) martial arts school. Because here is where you will learn what is described above.

If by any chance you live in Sacramento California then you are lucky because then you can come and visit me. If not I can still help you if you contact me.

My name is Sensei Marcus Hinschberger and my wife Christina, and I are the owners of Tokon Martial Arts. Some consider us as an authority when it comes to self-development and self-cultivation. In our Karate school, we create a high achiever atmosphere that will inspire the student not only to stay on track but to keep improving.

We strengthen confidence and reduce fear, anxiety, and doubts. We teach our students to learn how to fight the internal conflict within which in return will not only help solve them their own personal conflicts but will also make it easier to resolve conflicts with others. The family-friendly atmosphere that we have at our school creates a circle of friends that are supportive, inspiring and motivating to excel.

At our dojo, you are never too young and never too old to start working on yourself.

If you reach black belt level at Tokon Martial Arts, you will have done what most others will never do or accomplish, and you will have not only a different outlook on life but turned knowledge into wisdom.
