What are your workplace strategies for better mental health?

I have come to truly value and promote rest. In fact, I usually turn any internet functionalities on my phone off during rest time. I think solitude is very important. I’ve always spent many hours on my own as a child, it’s been invaluable for creating balance between activity and rest, receiving and giving, silence and sound. Also, I really enjoy vacations and I try to do a solo trip at least once a year. If there is anything I’d gift my generation, it is travel. Traveling brings me anincredible sensation of being reborn and always inspires me to seek evolution.

What is an activity that brings you joy?

I really enjoy hosting jam sessions. I love bringing music aficionados together, I appreciate witnessing the live synthesis of the artform I hope to dedicate my career to, I like housing the raw and modest vibe young people with talent can create in a room.
